Essential Oil Benefits:
Citronella Essential Oil: acts as a natural astringent, helping to control excess oil production, while its insect-repellent effectiveness is attributed to its strong scent that masks human odors, making it harder for insects to locate and bite humans.
Organic Lavender Oil: has been shown to eliminate acne causing bacteria, reduce wrinkles, and soothe inflamed or irritated skin, lavender contains compounds such as linalool and geraniol that repel insects and can help keep them at bay
Lemon Essential Oil: As an insect repellent, the strong citrus scent of lemon essential oil is disliked by many insects, serving as a deterrent and making it harder for them to approach or bite.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus essential oil repels insects due to its high content of a compound called eucalyptol (or cineole). The strong and distinctive scent of eucalyptus oil is disliked by insects, acting as a natural repellent.
